Should this lady go to jail? Maybe, but what people need to understand is at that age boys will fuck anything that wants it. So really it's not rape, it's consensual. Is it a double standard. Yes. If a 28 year old man had sex with a 14 year old girl then everyone would want him to go to jail. That's just the way the world is.
